I tried some new herbs last year in my garden as well as some old faithfuls. Sage, cilantro, lavendar, parsley, thyme, stevia, apple mint, oregano, basil and purple basil, dill... Making stevia powder was my favorite new attempt. This week I was finally ready to dive in and try something with my powdered stevia!

That is so interesting about stevia. Was it very bitter? :) I use a lot and have gotten it various places. I love your homemade tea bags. Just so neat! :)

The stevia sweetened the tea just a tad. I think it lost some of its potency when I dried it, as do most herbs I think. This was a fun little project for me :)

Herbal tea and herbal products are gentler towards your health than their non-herbal counterparts. If you are careful, you will definitely find reputed herbal manufacturers whose products can be bought with confidence. When you take or use herbal items, you can notice the difference in your health, skin and overall well-being.
